Navigating around the products at ActivaGPS.com is simple. At the left of the page you will find a product menu, organized into various classifications depending on their use, features, manufacturer, etc…

If you have any doubts about the organisation of the products you can click on the button that appears inside each menu.

When you enter a category, a page will appear with a list of a maximum of 5 products belonging to that category. At the top of the page information will appear about the number of products in the category and the page you are presently on.
Also you can order the products alphabetically (from A to Z or vice versa), or by price (lowest to highest or vice versa)

By clicking the button ‘more information’ or on the small image of the product you can access the full page of that product. Below you can see an example of a product page and all the details they contain. Place the cursor on the red dots in the image to obtain information about each of the elements that go to make up a product page.

The ActivaGPS.com product search engine is situated at the top left of the page. Write the name of the product you are looking for and either press enter, or click on the magnifying glass on the right of the text box.

The search engine is not caps lock sensitive; it doesn’t matter if you write "Garmin", "GARMIN" or even "gArMiN".
The engine will return all of the products that contain the specified word. If you enter more than one word, it will return all of the products that contain at least one of those words specified.
For example:
If you enter the word “Garmin”, it will return all of the products that contain the text ‘Garmin’

If you enter the words “Garmin 2820”, it will return all of the products that contain the text ‘Garmin’, plus all those that contain the text ‘2820’, and of course all the products that have 'Garmin 2820 ’.

If you wish to search for a product that contains both the words Garmin and 2610, then the search words must be separated by a "+" sign, (but will not show those products in which only one of the words appear).

If you wish to omit a Word from your search results, then you will need to precede the Word with a "-" sign, (i.e. if you enter the text “Mount-suction”, it will return all of the products that contain the words ‘Mount’).

All of these search options can be used individually, or a mix of any or all of them can be used to obtain the best possible result for your query, (i.e. if you enter the text “Garmin+legend-metroguide”, it will return all of the products that contain the words ‘Garmin’ and ‘legend’, with the exception of any of those products that have the word ‘metroguide’ included)

The fast link utility of the ActivaGPS.com site is a function that lets you access the information of any available product by entering the quick link number.

If you know the quick link number of a product you can gain access to it from anywhere on the site, just write the number in the quick link box that appears at the top left hand corner of any page, and press enter or click on the lightning icon on the right hand side of the text box.

You can check availability and delivery times of any of our products with the coloured bar that appears next to each one:

	We have sufficient stock of the product. More than 20 units.
	We have sufficient Stock of the product. Less than 20 units.
	We have 5 or less units in Stock.
	The product is sent from a different warehouse, directly to your home. At this other warehouse there is normally sufficient stock If you place your order before 11:00 hours and your order will usually be shipped within one working day, from the moment we have notification of your payment.
	We have to order the product direct from the manufacturer, once your payment is confirmed. The manufacturer normally has stock and your order should normally be shipped within 2 or 3 working days.
	For various reasons the product is not available at the moment. Ask us about availability.

If a product appears with a scroll down list for selecting various options, the availability information icon will change depending on the option you choose.
The information regarding availability is conditioned by the confirmation of payment before 11:00 hours.

• Payment is made by credit card, via a payment gateway, the confirmation of payment is automatic once the transaction has been successfully terminated.

The availability indicated on our products is of a solely informative character and does not imply or suppose any semblance of delivery date compromise between the seller and the customer. This information may be affected by certain situations beyond our control, caused by companies linked with, but separate from ours, (manufacturer/supplier shortage, incidents during delivery either from the supplier or by the transport agency, etc).

If your order includes various products with different availabilities, then the order will be delivered according to the product which is least available. If you wish us to divide the order and send out products that we have in stock first, and later those with less availability then you must be responsible for the costs of the second and subsequent deliveries.

At ActivaGPS.com we use a secure payment gateway system that admits credit cards from the Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code systems which ensure that the transactions are authenticated and safe. In relation to the provision of Spanish law, (23/2003 10th July), regarding the Guarantee of products on sale as Consumer goods, ACTIVASAT informs its clients on aspects of the guarantee they should bear in mind when selecting from the products for sale by them:

• All the products sold by ACTIVASAT SL. enjoy a period of guarantee of two years
• The guarantee covers as much the cost of labour as it does the price of any replacement parts, with the exception of those cases in which ACTIVASAT SL. or the manufacturer stipulate other terms.
• The guarantee will be deemed invalid under the following circumstances:
• Damage caused by incorrect use or manipulation.
• Damage of a product from misuse and/or inadequate transportation.
• Not following the manufacturers instructions for use and treatment of a product.
• Bad or erroneous product installation.
• Installation and/or connection to non-compatible peripheral elements
• Incorrect Power supply/charging.
• Manipulation by personnel other than the members of the Technical Service of the Manufacturer or ACTIVASAT SL. or the breaking of any seals or identification/control stickers.
• Damage caused by natural phenomenons or catastrophies such as storms, floods, lightning, fire, etc... whether they affect or not the electric functions.
• The guarantee will not cover any incidents of damage due to problems caused by software or computer virus.
• ActivaSat SL, as an intermediary, will not be obliged to make any urgent repairs on behalf of the Manufacturer.
• So as to make any necessary repairs, ACTIVASAT SL. may replace part of, or the entire unit as it sees fit according to the particulars of each case and/or in regards to instructions received from the Manufacturer.
• The responsibility for the classification of the fault or damage, and whether or not it is covered by the guarantee, will fall to ACTIVASAT SL. or the Manufacturer in their stead.
• All repairs should be authorised by ACTIVASAT SL. or the Manufacturer. To that end the client should solicit via the ACTIVASAT SL.Technical Support form (or directly from the offices) an  authorisation (RMA) number for the  repair work indicating the problem with the product in as much detail as possible.
• All repairs made during the period of guarantee will be realized at a place stipulated by ACTIVASAT SL. or the manufacturer.
• Once the client has received an RMA number they should re-pack the product correctly and wait for ACTIVASAT SL. or the Manufacturer to pick up the product.
• ACTIVASAT SL. will pick up from the home address indicated by the client, all products with a valid RMA number and with the transport costs paid. If, once the product is received at ACTIVASAT SL the defect is tested and found to be covered by the guarantee, then the product will be returned, repaired or replaced, and with the transport costs reimbursed.
• In whatever case the product received does not present any defect covered by the guarantee, the client will have to cover the costs of both sending and returning the product, as well as a minimum charge for technical service of 12 € (TAX included).
